Online check-in quickly and easily

Our reception system automatically sends an online check-in request to each guest 7 days before their stay. If you forget or do not have time to fill in the online check-in, the system will remind you 2 days before arrival.

Online check-in is a simple form in which you fill in your personal data such as full name and surname, permanent residence address, ID number, etc. Comfortable from your home or in the car on the way to us. This is information that we, as hoteliers, must write about each guest in the house book. However, sometimes in the influx of several arrivals of guests, it happens unnecessarily in the hotels that the reception transcribes this information manually, there are queues and you are waiting unnecessarily for the key to the apartment. We want to avoid this - holiday time is still limited and therefore so precious ;-)

And this way we would like to kindly ask all guests to always fill in this online check-in (online check-in will be sent to each booking to e-mail that you provided when booking. This applies to all guests - whether via direct booking in Hotel Kukucka, Booking.com or other booking methods). As we are private apartments in Hotel Kukucka - the reception will only give you the keys from your apartment, but we will solve the administrative tasks directly with you from a distance (online).
